NaNoWriMo

Okay, before you laugh at the title, let me explain what it is. November is Natioal Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo! I have pledged my November to writing a 50,000 word novel!!! I'm really excited! A couple of my friends from Hybrid are doing it too. Basically, you sign up, start a novel on November 1st, and finish it by midnight on November 30th. So I'll let you know my progress as I go along. Steve Jobs Update

The rumor was confirmed this morning, Steve Jobs died on Wednesday. I knew he had been battling cancer, but I thought he would get better after he retired from CEO-age... is that a word? CEO-age? Well, it is now! XD So anyway, he was only 56, which is pretty young when you think about it. And even though there were rumors that he was a jerk, I'm still kind of upset by this whole thing. I mean, he was a pretty cool inventor! Anyway, my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Woah. When I heard this I just about fell over. There's a rumor going around that Steve Jobs died on Wednesday. I think it was confirmed by Apple and USA Today, but I'm not totally sure. I'm still calling it a rumor... I'll try to get more deets ASAP. Ping me if you get any info. Here's hoping for the best! :)

September 11, 2001

Ten years ago, we lost the World Trade Center, a major part of our country. We also lost a huge amount of innocent people. I was only three years old, and my mom was pregnant with Nick. When I watch the footage now, it seems like a movie, like it didn't really happen. My heart goes out to the families of those lost ten years ago today. I know that this is really cheesy, but there's a song that comes to mind: Have You Forgotten by Darryl Worley. If you haven't already heard it, you need to listen to it. This song is very touching. Lots of News

Ok, to start, I forgot to tell you about a recent life-changing event. I got an iTouch!!!!!! So the past few posts have been from a mobile device!!! Also, extremely recently, I decided to go to the STEM Hybrid thing instead of the full-time school. So instead of being homeschooled or going to public school, I am now a part-time student! Anyway, those are the only things life related that I really needed to tell you. Now for the blog related stuff. Okay, first thing is that I'm thinking about starting a new segment like Artist of Week, except it's Actor(Actress) of the Week. The other thing I'm thinking about is starting a Sim blog. I have a picture perfect family so far, so I don't think it would be very entertaining. I don't like making sims that are insane because they annoy me and sims around them. And I don't think I'm a good enough comedic writer. But it'd be exactly like this one, no one would read it XD anyway, I think that's everything. Just gimme your input on those blog ideas. Thanks!

New School!!!!

Ok, so I haven't been exactly an active blogger, and I apologize for that. But I started school on the 15th. It's been a bit of a tough transition from relaxed homeschooling to intense charter school, but I've survived the first week!!! I wanna start homeschooling again, but my mom wants me to continue with STEM. This next week will be quite interesting. I'm gonna try to give you guys play-by-play commentary throughout this next week. Questions or suggestions, ping me. Thanks!!!!
